Our college is organizing a Rakhi Making Competition to celebrate the spirit of Raksha Bandhan and showcase students' creativity. The event will be held on campus, inviting students from all departments to participate and design beautiful, handmade rakhis using traditional or innovative materials. All required supplies can be brought by participants, and limited materials will also be provided by the organizers. The best entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and overall presentation, with exciting trophies for the winners. A Parent-Teacher Meeting was successfully organized on 07/08/2025 at the campus managed by Jivan Jyot Trust, which includes Pro. V.B. Shah Institute of Management, R.V. Patel College of Commerce (English Medium), V.L. Shah College of Commerce (Gujarati Medium), and Sutex Bank College of Computer Application and Science, Amroli, for the first-year BBA students. In this meeting, parents of more than 450 first-year BBA students were present. They engaged in open discussions with the teachers regarding students’ academic progress, behavior, attendance, and future preparedness. Parents expressed their appreciation for the quality of education, disciplined environment, and guidance provided by the institution. A collaborative dialogue was created between teachers and parents for the holistic development of students. In addition, parents were given detailed information about the NetEims Application. The application was installed on their mobile phones, and they were guided on how to use it effectively. The entire meeting was successfully conducted under the guidance of Principal Dr. Mukesh R. Goyani with the support of BBA Department Coordinators Dr. Swati Mehta and Dr. Nilesh Patel, faculty members, PTM Committee representative Dr. Hiral Patel and members, along with the cooperation of the non-teaching staff. Shah College of Commerce (Gujarati Medium), Sutex Bank college of Computer Applications and Science organized a Parent -Teacher Meeting on 6-8-2025 to enhance communication and cooperation between parent and teachers. The meeting was conducted class-wise under the leadership of the class teachers. The primary aim of the meeting was to provide parents with detailed information about the academic progress, attendance, and behavior of their children. The faculty shared academic curriculum, internal assessments, and upcoming co-curricular activities. Parents took active interest and provided valuable suggestions and feedback for the overall academic and personal development of the students. The meeting was highly successful in promoting the coordination between parents and teachers.
