Book Introduction Series – 1 On 3rd July 2025, the Book Introduction Series – 1 was organized by the Self-Financed College Group including Jeevan Jyot Trust-managed Pro. V. B. Shah Institute of Management, R. V. Patel and V. L. Shah College of Commerce, and Sutex College of Computer Applications and Science, Amroli. As part of this series, two BCA department students delivered book reviews: Ambaliya Hardy presented insights from "Atomic Habits". Vakariya Henry shared ideas from "The Power of Subconscious Mind". Through their presentations, both students enriched the audience's knowledge by sharing key takeaways from the books they had read. The program was organized under the guidance of Principal Dr. Mukesh Goyani by the Library Committee members: Dr. Sonal Bharti, Prof. Dr. Hemadri Tikawala, and Prof. Mansi Shah.

Prize distribution ceremony for Third Year BBA, BCom and BCA students were held on 04/07/2025. The ceremony was held at Sadhyaro multimedia hall, Saraswati Shaikshanik Sankul, Chapprabhatha road, Amroli, Surat. The ceremony was organized under the patronage of Jivan Jyot Trust, Amroli, Surat for JJT managed self financed colleges. Patrons were Shree Bharatbhai Shah and Principal Dr. Mukesh R Goyani. The Chief guest of the program was Prof. Dr. Rajendra B Patel, who is head of department of education, VNSGU, Surat. Anchoring for the whole program was done by Dr. Vishal M Pandya. "Group Reading: Bead - 1" On 07/08/2025, Jeevan Jyot Trust-run Pro V B Shah Institute of Management, R V Patel and V. L. The felicitation ceremony began with a warm introduction and welcome of the dignitaries, followed by the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony. The atmosphere was further enriched with a soulful prayer performance by the students of FYBCA and SYBCA. The event then proceeded with an introduction of the guests and a welcome speech by Prin. Dr. Mukesh Goyani. The esteemed guests were honored through a felicitation ceremony conducted by Jivan Jyot Trust and the Principal, after which Mr. Bharatbhai Shah, President of Jivan Jyot Trust, addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech. The highlight of the program was the Prize Distribution which took place in several stages. In the first session, the Appreciation Awards were presented to faculty members for their exceptional dedication and contributions. This was followed by student prize distributions recognizing toppers across different courses. The top three students of SYBBA, SYBCOM (English & Gujarati Medium), SYBCOM (Data Science), SYBCA (Web, Android, Winter-Web) along with subject toppers were felicitated. Continuing the celebration of academic excellence, the Top 4 to 10 rankers of the same courses and subject toppers were awarded in the subsequent round. Further, the Top 10 students of FYBSC (Data Science), FYBCOM (English & Gujarati Medium), and FYBCA (based on HSC results) received appreciation awards. Along with academics, the event also acknowledged achievements in co-curricular domains with the distribution of awards to students excelling in sports. The audience was deeply inspired by the words of Chief Guest Shri Dhirajlal Kotadiya, Chairman of Sahjanand Medical Technology, who shared his valuable insights on perseverance, innovation, and the role of youth in shaping the future. Equally motivating was the address by the Guest of Honor, Dr. K. N. Chavda, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of VNSGU, who emphasized the importance of holistic education, research, and ethical values in student life. Report on VNSGU Inter College Chess Championship 2025–26 The VNSGU Inter College Chess Championship 2025–26 was successfully organised by Prof. V. B. Shah Institute of Management, R. V. Patel College of Commerce E. M., V. L. Shah College of Commerce and Sutex Bank College of Computer Applications and Science, Amroli, Surat under the guidance of our respected Principal, Dr. Mukesh R. Goyani. The championship witnessed enthusiastic participation and competitive spirit from students across the university. Opening Ceremony The inaugural function was graced by Dr. Yogesh Vanshiya, I/c Director, Department of Sports and Youth Welfare, VNSGU, Surat, as the Chief Guest, and Dr. Ashish Desai, Principal, SASACMA College, as the Guest of Honour. Their inspiring words motivated the participants to play with discipline, focus, and sportsmanship. A Parent-Teacher Meeting was successfully organized on 07/08/2025 at the campus managed by Jivan Jyot Trust, which includes Pro. V.B. Shah Institute of Management, R.V. Patel College of Commerce (English Medium), V.L. Shah College of Commerce (Gujarati Medium), and Sutex Bank College of Computer Application and Science, Amroli, for the first-year BBA students. In this meeting, parents of more than 450 first-year BBA students were present. They engaged in open discussions with the teachers regarding students’ academic progress, behavior, attendance, and future preparedness. Parents expressed their appreciation for the quality of education, disciplined environment, and guidance provided by the institution. A collaborative dialogue was created between teachers and parents for the holistic development of students. In addition, parents were given detailed information about the NetEims Application.
