A District Level Youth Leadership Training Camp (2024–25) was successfully organized from 30/07/2024 to 02/08/2024 at Prof. V.B. Shah Institute of Management, Amroli, Surat. The camp was conducted under the guidance of the District Youth Development Officer, Surat, and in collaboration with the Department of Youth and Cultural Activities, Gandhinagar. Aimed at nurturing leadership qualities among students, the camp featured various interactive and educational sessions. BBA students of Prof. V.B. Shah Institute actively participated and benefitted from the experience. The event promoted youth empowerment, teamwork, and leadership, aligning with the objectives of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative.

Anti-Ragging Oath Ceremony was conducted during the first lecture on August 17, 2024, for students of all BBA classes. Faculty members have guided to administer the oath, the text of which is provided, to the students. The oath emphasizes the students' commitment to maintaining a "ragging-free" college environment, promoting brotherhood and dignity, and abstaining from any involvement in ragging activities in their personal lives, thoughts, actions, or behavior. |

The Award Distribution Ceremony for academically outstanding and meritorious students of Jeevan Jyot Trust-managed institutions, including Prof. V.B. Shah Institute of Management, R.V. Patel College of Commerce (English Medium), V.L. Shah College of Commerce (Gujarati Medium), and Sutex Bank College of Computer Applications & Science, Amroli BBA, was held on August 21, 2024, at the college campus. The event commenced with lamp lighting, prayers, and a welcome dance. Dr. Parul Vadgama and Dr. Kishorsingh Chavda, Vice Chancellor of VNSGU, graced the occasion as chief guests, along with Jeevan Jyot Trust President Shri Bharatbhai V. Shah, Shri Bhanubhai N. Shah, Shri Ashwinbhai R. Patel, Shri Gaurangbhai R. Desai, Dr. Mahendrabhai N. Solanki, Shri Snehalbhai Shah, In-charge Principal of Amroli Grant-in-Aid College Dr. Sejalben Desai, Chaprabhatha Campus School Principals Shri Dilipbhai Patel and Anjaliben Jani, who encouraged the students with their presence. Principal Dr. Mukesh R. Goyani and BBA Coordinator welcomed and introduced the esteemed guests with flower bouquets. The chief guest and guest of honor delivered inspiring speeches, motivating students. Around 100 bright students were awarded certificates and trophies in recognition of their achievements. The event was attended by faculty members and administrative staff, enhancing its grandeur. Under the guidance of Principal Dr. Mukesh R. Goyani, the event was efficiently organized by B.Com Coordinator Bharat Basrani and B.Com staff. |

Shah Institute of Management, R. V. Patel College of Commerce, V. L. Shah College of Commerce, and Sutex Bank College of Computer Applications & Science were awarded certificates and trophies. The event commenced with traditional rituals, including lighting a lamp, prayer, and a welcome dance. Dr. Sejalben Desai, In-charge Principal of Amroli Grant-in-Aid College, and Mr. Dilipbhai Patel and Ms. Anjaliben Jani, Principals of Chhaprabhatha Campus schools, were present to encourage the students. The program featured speeches by chief guests Padmashri Yazdi Karanjia and Prof. Dr. Manish V. Sidhpuriya, along with trustees of Jivan Jyot Trust. Dr. Mukesh R. Goyani, College Principal, introduced the guests. The event was coordinated by Dr. Swati Mehta, Dr. Nilesh Patel, and Prof. Soeb Meman. Dr. Swati Mehta and Dr. Nilesh Patel also delivered the vote of thanks. The ceremony concluded with the national anthem. |
